SDG is honored to have received a Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) Design Award and Honorable Mention as the Engineer of Record for the Facade Only Parking Structure and Healthcare/Medical Building categories!
SDG received a Design Award for 1111 Church Street Residences and Parking Structure in Nashville, TN for the Facade Only Parking Garage category. Nestled in the heart of downtown Nashville, the 1111 Church St. parking structure features approximately 500 spaces and is the backbone for the site. We are proud to partner with Earl Swensson Associates (ESa) on this parking structure featuring 174 architectural precast concrete wall panels of more than 22,000 ft.
SDG also received an Honorable Mention for HCA St. David’s North Austin Medical Center Women’s Center in Austin, TX for the Healthcare/Medical Building category. This 167,230-ft 4-story vertical expansion is a seamless continuation of the existing 3-story campus with an emphasis on aesthetic continuity in the architectural precast concrete. We are again proud to partner with ESa on this impressive facility.
