The Edition is 28 Stories, plus 3 basement levels, comprised half of luxury Marriott Edition hotel rooms and half of condominium Residences.  Developed by Tidal Real Estate Partners and Left Lane Development in collaboration with Marriott International, the 28-story tower will include separate amenities for hotel guests and residents and a restaurant on the ground floor. Each condo, including the one-bedroom units, has a half bathroom in addition to a full bathroom for each bedroom. The homes span more than 1,000 square feet for the smallest units, with high ceilings, massive windows and oversized balconies.
