17 Mar Nashville’s New Hilton Motto and Tempo Hotels
SDG is proud to work with ESa on two new Hilton Hotels in Nashville. Nashville’s first Motto by Hilton held a topping out ceremony in February 2025 for the 13-story, 260-room hotel designed for efficient, stylish stays with flexible room configurations.
Tempo by Hilton Nashville opened February 2024 in the Nashville Yards development. Opening significantly ahead of schedule and under budget, the Tempo Nashville was only the second Tempo by Hilton branded property to open in the US. The 16-story, 306-room focus-service lifestyle hotel has 290,000 square-feet of hotel space and 4,000 square feet of ground level retail space.
