A new 16-story, 280-room high-end luxury hotel with restaurant, lobby bar and retail space, a rooftop pool and bar, street-level concert venue, 5,000 square feet of meeting space, an underground parking garage, unique architectural features, and at street level an 8,000-sf food hall. Total of 295,000 square feet.  Seeking LEED® Certification.
