The project consists of the redevelopment of a 16-story office building built 45 years ago for a new 250-room boutique hotel and a new 6-story garage/conference center structure located behind the hotel. The existing building was stripped down to its skeleton and everything from the interior walls to the exterior façade replaced. A new steel-framed penthouse level was added which includes penthouse guest rooms and mechanical spaces. Kitchen and restaurant spaces are included at the basement and first floor levels. The garage has 280 parking spaces. The conference center at the top floor is approximately 21,500 square feet and includes ballrooms, meeting facilities, and a restaurant. The ground level features 3,000 square feet of retail space.
