The tower podium consists of resident lobby and amenity space, retail, parking garage and back-of-house services. Three floors of luxury units are visually set apart with larger balcony areas.
This project intersects with an elevated viaduct along Church Street and seeks to activate with retail areas of the Gulch at Church Street, 11th Avenue and Comers Alley by providing the parking garage with two separate entrances and exits that do not connect with one another.
