In June of 1999, a group of like-minded structural engineers and friends started SDG and have successfully guided the firm as it has evolved to a leadership group now comprised of 6 principals and 3 associate principals who are each committed to the ideals of the founding partners while keeping an eye towards the future. Our total staff has grown to over 40 talented employees who have completed over 6,000 projects all across the United States and overseas.

The principal engineers have worked closely together for many years and have developed a strong, complementary relationship. The partners are committed to providing principal-level client contact and involvement in all projects. Design experience among the 6 principal engineers comprises 185 years of combined experience.
